Battery never charges to 100%. Always stops at 99%. Battery drains very fast.

Hi @dagman  - the battery can normally take 15 to 20 minutes to reach 100% from 99%, sometimes even an hour so it is definitely ok to stop at 99%.

 

If your watch gets hot while charging stop immediately which can happen if it discharges in less than a day, it is obviously faulty, possibly from water accumulating inside 

 

The other cause of fast discharge can be an app sync problem, so try turning off Bluetooth on the phone for at least a day to see if the watch battery lasts correctly.
