I’ve had my My Versa 2 for 18 months & 2 days ago it suddenly stopped working. I’ve tried charging it - no luck. I’ve held down the restart button - no luck (it only has 1 button). App says battery is dead. Fitbit was slightly warm after attempting to charge it over night so assume the charger I working. It has not taken any hits or damage. Any suggestions?

Some possibilities are:
It may be faulty
It may have a faulty clock face
the battery may be flat or has a charging fault
The screen may be dead but the watch is working - check if you can sync
One option is to turn off the Phone's Bluetooth and charge it, check it doesn't get too hot.
It may come on, see if you can sync, or push the button for 2 seconds and wait 30 seconds and see if you can sync,
Have a look at the suggestion posted here - it may help isolate the issue.
