Everything was working well until last week Then Versa 2 battery was only lasting about 4 to 5 hours and would die but would still charge to 100% but just wouldn't last long..
Yesterday charged and it gets really hot but won't turn on at all anymore.
I just don't understand why it went from working fine to dead do fast. I tried looking up help line and holding down button for a long time to reboot or start but I get nothing.
