Versa 2 battery issues

In Spain on holiday and left Verda 2 charging On return to room Verda was very hot and has not worked since

Hello @Armaghgirl 


Please remove your Versa 2 from its charger and cease attempting to charge it. In this particular situation, because your Versa is not functioning normally when charging, I would contact Fitbit Customer Service:

INDIA: call 000 800 050 1057
IRELAND: call 01 691 7502 (country prefix: +353)
