My Versa 2 which I only got in Dec stopped working and will not charge. I'm getting a drained battery and red exclamation mark :exclamation_mark:️..
i haa a very tried pressing on the side button., cleaning the prods on charger and back of watch .. everything and still nothing..
I rang customer care who told me to do the steps above and now I can't get through to them again 🙈🤷:female_sign:

Hi @Graosheam - as your watch is under warranty you can take it back to where you bought it for replacement.
You can also chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
