So all of a sudden my versa 2 dies within a day. Used to last me like 5 days, now this week it just sucks. Died overnight and didn’t set off my alarm for work. Can this be fixed or do I have to buy a new device??
I have always had it on all low power settings (dim, manual turn on screen face, etc)
Fitbit support wasn’t very helpful and only gave me a discount for a new device.
Any advice is appreciated thanks guys

I was having the same issues for about a week & now I can't even get mine to power on. I have done all the troubleshooting suggested & still nothing. I think the device has died. Which is really irritating that Fitbit devices only last 2 years at the most if you are lucky.

I'm in the same boat. Dying very quickly lately and now won't charge at all. And also in the past that is the only support I have found was a discount on a new one.
I'm curious what hacks or things you've tried. I've wiped contacts with alcohol. Still no charge.

I have a Versa lite, but the exact same thing just started happening with mine this week also. Would last about 5 days, and now the last 2 days only lasting 24 hrs if I'm lucky
