Versa 3 charging issues

My versa overheated while charging on the correct charger and customer service were helpful and all of a sudden  unable to assist any more. Any ideas to enable decent customer service   too bloody expensive to forget about it

My versa 3 overheated while charging and is now not working at all. Please help me figure something out!

My advice is don't even try to get help from Fitbit. They took all my
details and for a while were going to help then wiped their hands of my
issue and not able to contact now
Will never deal with them again.
