Versa 2 battery started draining quickly after the update

Just updated my Fitbit versa 2 on Sunday, ever since, my battery life drains in one day! The versa 2 claims it can last 6+ days. I've turned off the background apps, location services, and rarely use apps needing internet. What can be done to get back to the original battery life??
