Have tried turning Bluetooth and phone on and off. Can't work out how to restart the watch?! I read you need to press and hold the button but this just turns Alexa on. What am I doing wrong?

Nevertheless, if you are facing syncing difficulties, try these steps Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
