Hi. So my husband bought me this for Mother’s Day, I had it on before setting it up so I saw the screen working. I got home to set it up and it found it right away but just said connecting. It was on the charger and I felt it vibrate to know it was charging. I accidentally closed out of the app so it stopped working. When I went to retry it all I have is a black screen. It won’t find it bc it’s off and when I hook it up to the charger it doesn’t vibrate to show it charging. I’m at a loss to why I have a black screen with nothing. And when I try to hold the button for 10 seconds it does nothing
