I purchased my Versa 2 on Black Friday. A couple of weeks ago it there were white/grey vertical lines on the screen. They eventually went away and I now have a black screen. From other posts I tried to reset to no avail and change the clock. I must have gotten water in it from washing my hands. It still tracks my steps and vibrates, there is just a black screen. I aware of any notifications from the app. I'm not sure what should be done to correct the problem.

Hi @gigiqt Try a Factory Reset. If it doesnt help then you will need to contact Customer Support.
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
