Versa 2 black screen

My Versa 2 is having problems with the screen.  It stays black and doesn't turn on by either touching the screen or pushing on the button.  Pushing in the button makes it vibrate but still a black screen.  It is fully charged and the software is updated.

I have done all the restart steps that I can.  There is no display at all that shows up on the screen it is completely black.  When you push and hold the button on the side it will vibrate but nothing else happens and still nothing on the screen except black. I unpaired it to my phone and tried to repair it but I cannot because the 4 digit code it is supposed to show on the watch for pairing, it is just a black screen.
