I bought my sister a brand new Versa 2 for her 50th birthday in Dec 2020. Everything was working fine until last Friday 12th Feb and suddenly the screen went black. A soft reset was carried out, logo came up and slight vibration felt so looked like it was resetting then it went black again. Ever since it won't do anything, tried to change clock face nothing happened, tried a hard reset again nothing happened. So wondering what the next steps are, as followed all community forums steps and still got nowhere.
