Hi there,
This started earlier today when I noticed that there was a considerable gap between the time on my Versa2 and what was showing the Samsung it was synced to. I got home and found I had to update the Tracker and here was when the frustration began. For some reason, the app refused to pick up my watch even though it was paired via blue tooth. It kept on taking me back to a failed contact screen. I went online to read some forums and in the meantime cleared out the App cache for the fitbit. This didn't help. I tried reinstalling the app, that didn't work. I tried resetting the watch back to factory setting and got the following message A large red X and Data not Cleared, Sync and try again. I managed to reinstall the app again and synced with the watch but when I got to the screen that asked me to key in the four didget code that should have been on the Versa 2's screen, I found it had frozen on that error message and nothing I have tried has removed it. Anyone have any ideas? I don't particularly want to purchase another watch if it is avoidable.
