I AM TRYING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE , my versa 2 so some reason was fully charged just turned off and the screen is black. I have tried to charge it , watch YouTube videos and it is still not waking up !! It is less that 1 years old and this has happened, can anyone help me this is ridiculous!!!! I have charged it also and the screen is black , we pay allot of money for these smart watches and something like this happens , CRAZY

I'm having the exact same trouble with mine to this morning. I woke up and the screen is black but my alarm on it still went off

Have you tried restarting it? Hold the button on the left down until you see the Fitbit logo appear

Hi yes I tried that and it didn't do anything I tried restarting my phone aswell and discounting Bluetooth the watch is still on black screen

I have tried everything and it is very hard to connect to the customer service team as they don’t have one in the UK

I have tried everything and it is still black
I have done that nearly all morning , and watched YouTube videos and charged it for a while also but nothing
Wow some one reported it , very silly.
