I'm having a few problems with my versa 2. It's a year old let's start there.
1. This week, the face went black. I still get the vibrate from e mail, activity logged ect but it's black.
2. I trouble shoot with a reset, and clock face change as suggested I'm other posts and it works for a week. - black screen again.
3. When it does work, I can't swipe down on the screen.
Can anyone help or am I just stuck?

Try making sure its fully charged and that its charging properly.
For the missing swipe probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
