Versa 2 black screen

My Versa2 shows a black screen. I can scroll to see things but the clack face is not there. There is nothing. I tried putting it on the charger that didn’t help. I don’t know how to fix it

Did you find out how to switch it on?

mines done the same it’s obviously at Fitbits end now none of our watches work I won’t be buying another I’ll go to a different company

I'm having the exact same problem. My Versa 2 was working all day yesterday. I set it in the charger last night. It fully charged and was still working after the full charge. I put it and went to sleep. 

I awoke this morning, tried looking at the time and my versa screen reminded off. Turned my wrist, pushed the button. It vibrates but screen stays blck. I restarted it by holding the button for over 10 seconds. It restarts. It syncs. But the Versa 2 watch face stays black.

My Fitbit keeps giving a black screen, then vibrates randomly, and shows the Fitbit symbol, will show the last synced time, but is frozen and can’t do anything with it, then goes back to black. I’ve tried syncing it, won’t sync. Tried restarting it and it won’t restart. It also just randomly showed the play music app, but is frozen and can’t do anything, then goes black again.

Me neither.
1year 3months old and out of warranty. Never gonna buy Fitbit again!
