Versa 2 blank screen and it won't sync

My fitbit versa 2 suddenly had a black screen yesterday. Was working fine beforehand.

 

The versa is not responding. I've left it charging overnight and nothing. Tried to restart and nothing happens.

The lights on the back are also not responding. Tried to troubleshoot with the link the admins give out with 'why isn't my clock charging' and had no effect by any of that. 

Holding in the bottom to restart does nothing to it. 

 

The watch is less than a year old and I just had to get the bands replaced because they tore off.. I expect more from a watch than to not even last 10 months..

The app won't sync, says it can't connect.

It last synced about 11 am and it then had a medium battery.

So it doesn't seem like a battery issue.

As you have done all the troubleshooting its probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
