Versa 2 blank screen

My Fitbit was working fine a few minutes ago it went black and it feels pretty warm to touch. My app is not able to find it. It says looking. Now what?

It has cooled off. Now I just have a blank screen. I tried to restart it, but it didn’t work.
It was charged. Nothing
