My Fitbit screen suddenly went blank today, nothing comes on. I fully charged it last night so battery isn’t flat. When looking on Fitbit app it just says.              “ looking”  for Fitbit. Any advice please?

this started on mine during the night.

i could see a blank screen with a dim gray light.

but i have learned that i can swipe to get ordinary ap screens -- they just do not work.

can you swipe to other screens?

I have just gone back to watch and it tells me my battery is low, but I charged last night and 5 minutes ago it was fully charged. It is syncing now tho. Something is not right with this. Watch is not 12mths old yet.

Tks I did not try this when it was blank. Now that it is charging again I can see all screens but not sure why it was fully charged and now its not.  Will be interesting to see if it happens again when its supposed to be fully charged again.

I went to the DIY page online. it suggested turning it on again (different instructions for different models).

it appears to be working properly now.

Tks I will try this.  Watch is working ok on charger but I dont think it is actually charging  The percentage does not appear to have changed.  I know it hasnt been long and i will leave it longer,  but I would expect a small increase.  Anyway will wait and see.

Mine did this today, also. It was fully charged this morning, wouldn't sync early this afternoon, and then it went blank. Just got home and put it on the charger and it's only at 16%.

This is interesting. I have used a different charger and it's just got to 100%. Will take it off now and see if it stays charged.

It happened to me today also.  My daughter told me to hold the button in.  Like you would for powering on your phone.  While I held it in a settings screen came on.  I chose the minus setting.  I let go of the button and the watch powered back up.
i hope this helps.  Good luck.
