I just see black screen. It won’t turn on. I’ve tried everything and it still won’t work

Hi there, @Caleb01234. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

Before moving forward with the next step, please confirm that you've restarted your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that helps.

The only thing that happens is it flashes the Fitbit logo. The Fitbit doesn’t turn on.

@Caleb01234 Thanks for the details provided.

As a last resort, I'd suggest performing a restart by following the steps below (please remove your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth before performing this step):

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.

Hope that does the trick.

Call Customer Support and request a replacement. I had a black screen and tried everything they suggested. It didn't work.
