Zip code issue when making a claim

I've put in my eircode and tried everything but it wont let me move on to final stages to make the claim can anybody help with this ? Thanks

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

This problem about the zip code has being flagged for quite some time now, surely it's about time it has being sorted.

Hi @Central123  the original poster never returned to let us know what happened. Most likely they contacted customer support and the issue was resolved. Not everyone who posts on the forums returns to give an update.
