I've a new versa, I've cleaned it as instructed, setup was perfect and both the firmware and app are up to date.
It measures elevation as a graph but tells me there has been no elevation gain when the graph clearly shows huge gains. Its also not recording floors?
Why? I'm stumped. I've reset the watch, reinstalled the app etc etc.
