For couple of weeks now Sp02 on my Versa 2 has only been working sporadically and now today, from approximately 1600 the screen has been blank with no lights on the back of the watch.
PLEASE PLEASE help, I am rather reliant on my Fitbit.

Hi there, @Ninjagranny. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forms and sharing the details about the issues with your Versa 2.
Regarding to the blank screen, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
As for the SpO2, to make sure your Fitbit device successfully measures your SpO2 values, keep the following in mind:
Turning off any clock face permissions can cause the clock face to stop functioning. To check these settings:
Your Fitbit device must be able to consistently track your SpO2 data:
Wear your device slightly higher on your wrist.
Make sure your device is in contact with your skin.
Your device should be snug but not constricting.
Tattooed skin can impact the accuracy of the red and infrared sensors on your Fitbit device.
For more information about SpO2, see: How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?
