I recently purchased a versa2 a few weeks ago and was working great until now. Screen went blank with half charge then green flashing screen if try to turn on. Now screen blank with no response

Hello @Lookingforansa
I would try restarting your Versa 2 to see if that fixes the issue. You won’t lose ant data doing so. Just press and hold the side button on your Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo appear then release the button. This only takes about 8-10 seconds of holding the button down. Once the Fitbit Logo appears and you release the button you will feel the Fitbit vibrate shortly there after.

thanks @SunsetRunner it did turn on briefly and I saw that battery was 97% but went blank again and won’t turn on after following same procedure. Now fit bit logo just appeared gradually from top to bottom with a green line going down screen. Now screen blank with occasional flashing green

Just wondering @Lookingforansa Do you have the original clock face on your Versa 2 or did you put a third part clock face on? If restarting your Fitbit Tracker or possibly changing your clock face isn’t working I’d call Fitbit Customer Service. Here are ways to reach them: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
I’m hopefully they can get you sorted out in no time.

I have the same issue. Customer Service connection wasn’t good. Tried chat and they weren’t able to help. They told me to reset it, but nothing worked. It was working fine until about four hours ago.

Changing the clock face worked for a short time but now same issue. Did full factory reset and still blank/green screen
