My Versa 2 was put away for a while. I barley used it. It’s like new. I charged it up. Was working for about 5 min. Connected to my Bluetooth and now it keeps going blank. Just a hue of light in the background. I’ve tried restarting it but still nothing. It won’t update either. I need help. I would like to use it. I had this issue before with an older model then bought this one now this one is doing the exact same thing. It’s fully charged. How can this be happening again with another Versa? Please help.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I tried the reset several times. It worked for a whole day then the screen went blank again. When I put it on the charger the screen will come back on when I put it on my wrist it goes blank again. I’ve also tried to change the clock face as well and when I did that the screen went blank. This exact same thing happened to me with my other Fitbit Versa. Now it’s happening with the Versa 2. My daughter had the same thing happen to her 2 x as well. She’s had an Apple Watch for 4 years and never an issue.
