Hi. My fitbit versa 2 has a backstreet. It looks loke it happened as soon as I out it on charger. (I am going by the time from fitbit app.) I have never had an issue with this watch before. I have taken screen protector off and did pressing of button to unstick it. I have left it on charger overnight. I plugged it into a different outlet. I have cleaned watch and charger. I am out if ideas. Any new ones appreciated. Thinking I may have to get s new one. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi there, @suayhtak. Thanks for stopping by in the Fibit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi. Thanks for responding so quickly. I have been attempting to restart watch to np avail. I still have black screen. I was attempting clock face change at the time if your reply. I was tapping on a Today icon at bottom left in fitbit app but nothing happens when I tap on it.
Any further suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ok. I figured out clock. I am not at home so watch is not with me. Guessing this will not be an option because watch will not turn on.

I have the same problem with my Versa 4 I’ve done everything they said to do and still nothing. I have had it less than a year and they say they can’t do anything about it. Will never buy Fitbit again

My versa 2 did the exact same thing today. It was working and then all of a sudden my screen went black. I can't even reset it, however according to fitbit it is still on and tracking steps!

this morning, after taking my versa 2 off the charger, 100% charges, I can only see the face plate. I cannot slide it over to click on a exercise. I can push the side button and get to my shortcuts but when I am finished with my exercise, I am unable to use the finish button. I cannot scroll down to see if I have reaches my hourly steps. I have done a reset several times. Plus, my battery is already at 25%.

Hi, a watch that won't turn on may be because it has a screen fault or is not charged.
But if it has been charged and there is nothing on the screen after changing the clock face, if it is still syncing, or the button doesn't work, or won't charge are symptoms of a hardware fault, often from water contamination.
Stop charging immediately if the watch gets hot when charging.
Watches under a year old (2 in some countries) can be replaced under warranty where it was bought.
Factory reset may be worth attempting, if it is still possible, and you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.
