Device will sync for a few days, then just goes to looking ... Returned to store of purchase and they gave me another one, this one is now doing the same thing. Very frustrating. Will be returning this one and asking for a refund and going to try another Brand. Not happy with Fitbit.

If your Versa isn't syncing, I recommend following the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. Also, please check if your phone is a compatible mobile device.

My versa is still not syncing to my iphone. There is obviously an issue with the versa and I will be returning it to the store of purchase and asking for a refund.
