Versa 2 blank screen

Hi 

woke up the other morning after charging and could not get the screen to work. I press the side button and it is alive but still black. Still see everything on the ap it’s counting steeps and monitoring sleep. How do I know if it is out of warranty? This is the 2nd problem with the versa 2.
