Versa 2 blank screen

My Fitbit connects to the app and records data but it doesn’t display on the screen. I can go to app and see everything but not on the Fitbit itself.

Hi there, @Robin56. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi MarreFitbit,

I have tried the above options and still i can see only the white screen on the Versa2 device, is there any other options?
