Hi I’ve only had my versa for maybe a month or two and suddenly this morning it’s like the screen quit working. I can see when I have an active call but that’s all it will show. No other information is visible even with pushing the button. It’s all black and scrolling doesn’t work either. It was working fine last night when I went to bed but now it’s not.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hold the start button for 10 seconds it should restart
