My versa 2 started playing up 2 days ago by not responding to swipes. I followed all recommended solutions and it worked briefly but then stopped again. It now has a white screen although still tracking everything on my phone. Have tried all solutions several times with no luck.

I was given Versa 2 as a gift in September 2020. It was replaced in June 2022 due to a problem with a software upgrade. The replacement has only lasted 14 months. The screen has gone blank and Fitbit responds is a discount voucher off another watch.

Hi @Trace6565 , @Johnp57 - once the seals go and water gets in, or the software fails, the watch behaves oddly and probably means it has internal damage or a bug that can't be fixed.
The discount offered is only valid on more expensive watches that don't have all the features you already have. It may be cheaper to get another same model instead or another brand which lasts longer.
