The watch part does not show anything. No clock face, but is still monitoring my steps and the rest. I don’t know what to do

Hi @Pamkane - as a first step try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
If placing it on charge doesn't bring up the battery level then the display is probably faulty
If it is under warranty it can be replaced.

As @Guy_ has suggested, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
