Versa 2 blank screen

Charged my versa 2, have a blank screen and can’t start.no lights come on the back when holding button down, just get a vibration, then nothing.  Purchased on Amazon Dec 2023, not had any problems till now.

Your versa 2 may be dead though you can test if the touch works by carefully mimicking going to the apps section then hold your finger on the screen somewhere. If it does work then it may be something wrong with the chip attached to the screen.

If the problem continues,

Probally replace the screen from a trusted store, I dont know much about this topic.

Hopefully from an electronic store. It depends on many factors though. You can also try buying the screen online and taking it to the electronic store to fix. Otherwise you can buy a new watch if you are completely out of options
