Versa 2 fitbit went blank and occasionally has green faded clock face. App shows it's charged but nothing works. Can anyone help?

Please charge the Versa 2 for at least 30 minutes.
Remove it from the charging cable.
Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
The Versa 2 should restart afterwards.

Hi I have tried this many times and unfortunately still doesn't work. When
I press the button it sometimes comes up with a faint green screen and app
says it's full charged. Anymore suggestions? Thanks Lorraine

Please try restarting the Versa 2 again and then change the clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hi Versa charges as I can see on fitbit that it's 100% but nothing on screen except occasional green screen. I have tried everything but nothing works do you think it's broken and not fixable? Thanks Lorraine
