Versa 2 blinking Fitbit logo over and over

I have had my Fitbit since 2019. just went to go put my fitbit on and it is the logo blinking over and over again. I tried restarting it but nothing is working!please help

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend confirming if your device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
