Hello,
I am a fitbit user and have an Inspire. My roommate is as well, and has a Versa 2. Long story short I had her fitbit in my bag and when I ended up dropping it from a fairly low distance (1-2 feet) and the screen cracked. She has had it for less than a year. She has had trouble getting a response and I want to be able to replace it for her and wanted to see if I can get a response.
