Versa 2 button is not working

I’ve had my versa since Christmas (6 months) and the side button does not work. Very frustrating to try and get things done. Unable to set alarms or use the watch!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To fix this, please try the following steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
