Versa 2 button is not working

I reset and fixed my battery issue but now my display is remaining on explaining the “shortcut” button and I cannot skip the tutorial.

If you haven't done it already, please restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructions.

 

Whether this doesn't help, I would recommend setting up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit log, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I should have mentioned I cannot reset it as the button stopped working. That’s why it is stuck in the tutorial part.

@takaine12 Thank you for getting back and providing more details about the issue. Since you mentioned that the button stopped working, try cleaning the around the button with a toothpick in order to remove any dust or moisture that may be affecting the functionality of the button.
