Versa 2 button is unresponsive

I have already been through all the forums. The toothpick to clean it and hitting it multiple times and then holding didn't work. Its less than a year old and the power button doesn't work, which because it almost daily had issues syncing without restarting the watch now means its not syncing the data to my app. Any ideas will help!

HI @Bellaona - the button issue may be the result of a firmware update or software fault.

 

If you can swipe to the watch Settings , About menu and do a Shutdown, wait for at least to seconds before placing on charge to restart it and charge it it may resolve itself.

 

If it is less than a year old probably best to get it replaced under warranty where you got it as it may fail entirely in addition to syncing problems [which may not be the watch]. see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
