Button on 1 year old versa 2 quit today. It isn’t stuck, and I’ve tried cleaning it (with toothpick, q-tip & canned air) with no change.
Am I missing something? Is there a different fix?

Hi @Sambreana - when a watch suddenly starts behaving odd it can be either an internal fault, frequently from water getting in, or a software issue.
To see if it is software (and you are able) sync the watch then in the watch Settings, About menu do a Shutdown, place on charge to restart it.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

@Sambreana - thanks, there remains the factory reset option just in case it helps but it is more likely a hardware fault.
It can be replaced under warranty where you bought it or after warranty it is best to replace with a new versa 2 which can still be found in the shops or online, a Versa 4 diesnt have all the features you have, or another brand.
