I’m so frustrated. The day before yesterday, I AGAIN experienced the dreaded battery drain for no reason. The screen is also sticking and won’t allow swipes or taps on icons/cues on screen for periods of time. And now, it/the app split my 5+ mile run into two separate runs after several syncs. I bought the device years ago but only began wearing it last September. All these issues for a device used less than a year?
I wear it daily but am by no means hard on it. This just seems like a waste of money and energy.
Anyone else have these same issues? Any suggestions?

Hi @EBaby - when a watch suddenly starts behaving odd with the symptoms you describe it generally means there is a fault, frequently from water getting in.
However to make sure it is not just a software issue hold the button for 10 seconds (if you are able) till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. This will refresh the operating system.

Guy, thanks for you suggestion. I'll try that and see how it goes. I can't image water getting into the device (they're supposed to be used for swimming anyway?) as I haven't had it in water other than rinsing to clean it. Support seems to filter to here, so that's what I tried first. Thanks again for your response.
