Versa 2 screen glitching

the screen on my watch is not working (see pic - just showing this screen). I’ve reset it etc, updated the screen via the app, updated the app etc. Is there any way to repair this?

I having same issue. It all started immediately after I updated my Fitbit.

When restarting the Versa 2, do you see  the logo and any improvement?

I have restarted it and it looks like the pic I attached earlier; just green and pixelated. I Cant even get a logo to show up anymore when I turn it on. I’ve tried recharging it as well. It has the newest update.

Could you please describe what you already tried, so that I don ask you to do again, if not necessary?

In the meantime, please charge the Versa 2 for 30 minutes. 

Then remove it from the charging cable. 

Hold the button pressed for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. 

Release the button. 

Your Versa 2 should restart.

May I ask, what you already tried to solve this, so that I don't request this again from you if not needed?

Have you tried the restart with the button?
Did you see a smiley or the Fitbit logo?
Did you try changing the clock face?

My Versa 2 is going to the logo every day. I have restarted it, changed the clock through the app and every day it glitches again. Is there a fix?

Me too, screen has become worse over time un-readable in daylight, now un-readable in a dark room! I won't buy another.
