the screen on my watch is not working (see pic - just showing this screen). I’ve reset it etc, updated the screen via the app, updated the app etc. Is there any way to repair this?

Did you restart the Versa 2 by holding pressed the button 8 seconds long?
Did you tried changing the clock face?

I have a similar issue, the screen is all pixelated, I have charged for 30 minutes, rebooted and changed the clock face and still nothing doing.

I am having the same problem. Last week, my screen started with a bright white line down the left hand side, and then it was only green pixels by morning. I have restarted it, synced it, let the battery fully run out and then recharge fully, and now I only get a black screen. If I hold on the button, it will vibrate, but the screen stays black. Is there anything that can be done for this yet?

Same exact problem I'm having. This is now my 3rd or 4th Fitbit. They work for a number of months and then just stop! Waste of money.

I have and they've said there is nothing more that can be done as I've had replacements (all of which have stopped working!) and my warranty is up. Not much help.
