Versa 2 button isn't working

My button on the side isn't working no more how do i fix it

Hi there, @Destiny_01. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the button on your Versa 2 has stopped working. I'll be glad to help you to solve the issue. 

If you haven't done so yet, please make sure you did try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Once you've done that, please restart your Versa 2 by following these steps How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Mine is having the same problem. Followed your steps, but it won't turn off to restart because the button isn't working. @MarreFitbit Any other suggestions?
