Versa 2 button jammed

The main button on the left of my versa 2 isn't working. I'm not sure what's happened but it almost seems jammed and just won't work at all. My watch now won't connect and sync to Bluetooth and I've tried all steps to try and resolve.

Any other recommendations or help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Ellie1603. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 button is not working. 

Try cleaning around it with a tooth brush, canned air or cotton with a little alcohol.
