My Versa 3 not syncing with the Fitbit app? Have more steps on my watch then on the app? Nothing can ever work for very long with Fitbit. Very disheartening, you spend that much money and it only works for so long until something goes haywire!

Hi @DebTaylor - syncing can be an issue with the new Fitbit App, it may be necessary to restart the watch and phone for syncing to work.

Hi @Robseng - firstly make sure your watch is fully charged.
Then try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
If that is not working remove the Bluetooth entries for the watch from the phone and the watch from the Fitbit app account.
Then repeat the process. login and add the watch back to the account (some notifications settings will need to be updated) .

Guy,
I always do the right things to make sure it will sync. However I find when it's cloudy it doesn't work.
Today it's nice and sunny and I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
I also always keep it fully charged. I find with every Fitbit tracker I have ever owned, they are not as good as the Alta was!
