My versa to button doesn't respond to anything. My screen works although it stays on the phone connection screen, unless a notification pops up. But still goes back to the phone pairing screen. My phone is already paired with it, so I'm not sure why it won't get off of that screen. I've tried holding the button down and it doesn't do anything. Please help, it is driving me nuts!

How you have cleaned your Versa 2's button? Please try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Then, please try restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps.
