my versa 2 is only three months old and has stopped responding to the left button. i have tried to hold it down for more 15 seconds to reset the watch. it does not respond. although it looks clean, i have cleaned it multiple times with a toothpick and nothing happened. i have seen many people with the same problem, yet none have came back with results. can someone help?

Hi @moss111 - the first step is to Shutdown/restart it via the watch Settings, About menu.
Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it, and at least a few minutes if you try factory reset because there is a risk that process kills the watch entirely, so only use it as a last resort and if still under warranty.
