Versa 2 button not working

Hi,

 

the side button appears to not be working. I can double tap to bring up the screen but cannot move from a page, it is stuck on wallet. I have tried pressing on/off, and cleaning around it?

@KEA0980 , A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

I have tried pressing/holding the button over & over, it’s not responding at all.
